About the Diploma in Practical Nursing Program

The Diploma in Practical Nursing Program is designed for nurses who are already working in the health care field and want to improve their credentials. This will allow nurses to advance in their careers and earn more money.

Those in the diploma program study anatomy and physiology, nutrition, pharmacology, psychology and psychological nursing, maternal, geriatric, and pediatric nursing, as well as advanced nursing skills and concepts. This program requires students to complete 70 credits.

Professional Nursing Associates Program

Our Professional Nursing Associate's degree (ADN) can help start your career path to becoming a registered nurse (RN). With curriculum that includes NCLEX prep work throughout all your degree courses, you become prepared to pass the NCLEX-RN exam and become a registered nurse.

Many of our campuses do not have a waiting list for qualified candidates and you are not required to complete pre-nursing courses, so you can apply today to start earning your nursing degree.

Holiday, Florida, got its name when bank officials from the First Federal Savings and Loans Association of Tarpon Springs were trying to find a name for their new branch. They settled on Holiday, because of the proximity to Holiday Drive, and the name spread.

Holiday is a city of over 22,000 residents. Holiday is bordered by Tarpon Springs and the Gulf of Mexico, along Florida’s “Nature Coast.” The small city has a lot of opportunities for culture. There are museums, historic sites, and parks to offer residents and visitors recreational and educational experiences.

There are four artificial reefs, one of which is made from surplus army tanks. Holiday is in Pasco County, which has a per capita income of $23,379, which was 32nd in the state. Holiday’s close proximity to larger cities combined with its lower cost of living makes this an interesting place to study, as well as live.
