Apollo College
Apollo College was founded in 1976 to provide technical education in allied health and computer careers. Today, Apollo has schools in eight southwestern and northwestern states and has graduated over 50,000 students. The Nursing Program
At the West Campus, Apollo College offers an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Nursing. AD prepared students are qualified to take the NCLEX-RN exam and to apply for licensure as registered nurses. AD prepared RN’s function in all health-care settings and situations, practicing in a professional capacity and supervising other health care professionals.
AD RN’s have a sound theoretical foundation in science, humanities and social sciences. This fosters critical thinking and provides the basis for nursing practice.
