Master of Science in Nursing

The Master of Science in Nursing program (MSN) is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education. Covering leadership skills, nursing process and nursing content the coursework in the MSN program is designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of registered nurses with baccalaureate-degree preparation.

Accreditation

University of Phoenix is accredited by the Higher Learning Center and is a member of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. The nursing programs are accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).

Faculty

Most classes at Phoenix are taught by adjunct faculty who are clinical experts. Faculty members hold advanced degrees (Master’s or PhD) and are usually employed in their area of expertise. Most regularly publish and present papers, and are involved in professional and academic organizations.

Financial Aid
